Skilled Contractor
 

Job description:

​

We are looking for hard working, timely, and knowledgeable Contractors to perform various skilled renovation projects including some of the following: demo, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, finishing,  and punch-out. 

 

Requirements:

 

• Minimum 3 years of remodeling experience

 

• Must have your own reliable transportation to drive to work and show up on time daily

 

• Well organized and able to manage time, stay on schedule in order to hit deadlines 

 

• Able to communicate openly and effectively with the team, and customers

 

• Able to safely lift 50+ lbs 

 

• Pays attention to details and provides only high quality work

• Ability to drive the company trucks 

​

• Ability to pass background check

 

• Must provide at least 3 references and portfolio of work done (individual work only please)

 

Benefits:

 

• Pay is very competitive, $18-$35 an hour based on skill level, experience and qualifications

• Yearly and job completion bonuses

• 8am-5pm schedule Monday-Friday
